Please allow 20 business days for delivery before reporting a check.
To report a late, lost or stolen check, visit the ConocoPhillips Taulia Supplier Portal and submit a Jira Service Management ticket. Please include the following information on your ticket. This information is available on the Taulia Supplier Portal website. For more information and instruction on Taulia, click on Payment status.

- Vendor Address
- Vendor Number
- Check Number
- Check Date
- Check Amount
