Lost or Stolen Check Procedure
Please allow 20 business days for delivery before reporting a check.
To report a late, lost or stolen check, visit the ConocoPhillips My Vendor Portal (MyVP) website and submit a ticket. Please include the following information on your ticket. This information is available on the MyVP website. For more information and instruction on MyVP, click on Invoice payment & status.
- Vendor Name
- Vendor Address
- Vendor Number
- Check Number
- Check Date
- Check Amount
