ConocoPhillips sends payment files each day to our disbursement banks to meet our obligations to vendors.

We offer the capability to pay vendors in various ways, but our preferred method of payment is through ACH/EFT. We understand that checks may become lost or stolen, but as these situations occur, we will work requests as timely as possible to resolve issues our vendors are encountering. There are other services that we offer to vendors that are found within this site, including Invoice/Payment Status, Direct Pay Certificates, Procedures for Lost or Stolen Checks, and types of ACH/EFT remittance advices made available through your bank.
