To report a late, lost or stolen check, visit the ConocoPhillips My Vendor Portal (MyVP) website and submit a ticket. Please include the following information on your ticket. This information is available on the MyVP website.  For more information and instruction on MyVP, click on Invoice Payment & Status.

  • Vendor Name
  • Vendor Address
  • Vendor Number
  • Check Number
  • Check Date
  • Check Amount
