Lost or Stolen Check Procedure

Please allow 20 business days for delivery before reporting a check. To report a late, lost or stolen check, visit the ConocoPhillips Vendor Invoice Status (VIS) website and submit a VITS ticket. Please include the following information on your ticket. This information is available on the VIS website.

  • Vendor Name
  • Vendor Address
  • Vendor Number
  • Check Number
  • Check Date
  • Check Amount
